We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist whoโs passionate about helping people, solving problems, and creating memorable interactions. Youโll be the first line of contact for our users โ turning issues into opportunities and building loyalty one conversation at a time.
What Youโll Do
- Create visually stunning graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
- Design brand identities, logos, banners, presentations, and other creative assets.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to bring ideas to life.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
- ransform concepts into engaging, user-focused designs with attention to detail.
What Weโre Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design or a related creative role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, web graphics, and marketing materials.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and other design tools.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
