We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who’s passionate about helping people, solving problems, and creating memorable interactions. You’ll be the first line of contact for our users — turning issues into opportunities and building loyalty one conversation at a time.
What You’ll Do

Create visually stunning graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.

Design brand identities, logos, banners, presentations, and other creative assets.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in Graphic Design or a related creative role.

Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, web graphics, and marketing materials.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and other design tools.

Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
